Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for non-emergency healthcare services, including mental health care.

If you are uninsured or choose not to use insurance, we will provide a written estimate of the expected costs for services. This estimate will outline the anticipated charges for the scheduled services.

You can request a Good Faith Estimate at any time before scheduling a service. If you schedule a service at least three business days in advance, we will provide the estimate within one business day. For services scheduled ten or more business days ahead, the estimate will be provided within three business days.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.

Please keep a copy of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.
